Product Description:
This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat four different rooms. You'll be sent: DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, two 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, four Remotes, and four 25 ft. Installation Kits. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
Condenser
- Energy Efficient. This 5 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 20.5 SEER efficiency rating.
- Works In All Environments. The capability to continue to deliver heating performance when temperatures reach 5°F
- Lifetime Warranty. For added peace of mind, this is the only condenser on the market that comes with a limited lifetime compressor warranty. Simply register into the MRCOOL Care Program to get the lifetime warranty!
Air Handler, 9K BTU, Quantity 2
- Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.
- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
- Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
- Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.

- Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 500 sq. ft.

Line Set 25 ft., Quantity 4
- This 25 ft. copper line set connects the MRCOOL Condenser to the MR COOL Air Handlers. For Multi-Zone systems, one line set per indoor unit is required to ensure the system will function properly.
- Pre-Charged. These line sets come pre-charged with the precise amount of R-410A refrigerant.
- DIY & Save Money. This means the installation process can be performed without retaining the services of a certified technician - thus saving you money
