Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be new, unused, and uninstalled
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- All included accessories, manuals, and components must be included
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only.
A prepaid return shipping label may be included in the package or provided by our support team upon return approval.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return window.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, installation costs, and service-related fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds may be denied if:
- The product has been used, installed, or altered
- The product is returned damaged due to customer misuse
- Original packaging or included components are missing
- The return request falls outside the eligible return window
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Installed or used products
- Customized or special-order items
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper installation or handling
