At FreshAirDepot, we specialize in HVAC systems from trusted brands such as Senville and MRCOOL. Our products are shipped directly from supplier warehouses across the United States.

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

โš ๏ธ Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Standard delivery time: 3โ€“7 business days after shipment
  • Delivery times may vary depending on:
    • Product availability
    • Warehouse location
    • Delivery destination

  • We currently ship within the continental United States only
  • We do not ship to:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • Puerto Rico
    • P.O. Boxes

If your order is delayed:

    • Request a cancellation (if not yet shipped)

  • Tracking numbers will be provided within 24โ€“48 hours after shipment
  • Tracking will be sent via email once available

FreshAirDepot is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers (FedEx, freight, etc.)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Missed delivery attempts

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Photos of the product and packaging
    • Order number

We will work with the carrier to:

If a shipment is:

  • Refused
  • Returned due to incorrect address

You may be responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees
