At FreshAirDepot, we specialize in HVAC systems from trusted brands such as Senville and MRCOOL. Our products are shipped directly from supplier warehouses across the United States.

- Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days after payment is confirmed
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

- Standard delivery time: 3โ7 business days after shipment
- Delivery times may vary depending on:

- Warehouse location
- Delivery destination

- We currently ship within the continental United States only
- We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- P.O. Boxes

- Delays caused by carriers (FedEx, freight, etc.)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Missed delivery attempts

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Order number

- Returned due to incorrect address
