Product Description:

This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 48,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, one 18,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, one 36,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, and two Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!

If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 48K BTU Rating of the Condenser
