Product Description:
This 4th Generation MRCOOL DIY Mini Split includes everything you need to cool and heat your home, office or more. You'll be sent: 48K BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, 9K, two 12K and one 18K BTU Wall Mount Air Handler. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself! The MRCOOL DIY Mini Split is flexible enough to be installed virtually anywhere without hiring an expensive HVAC technician or the need to use expensive, specialized equipment.
If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 48K BTU rating of the Condenser.

Condenser 48K BTU
- Energy Efficient. This 48K BTU condenser is capable of producing up to an impressive 20.5 SEER2 efficiency rating. And yes... this qualifies for major savings using energy or tax rebates!
- Works In Extreme Temperatures. The ability to heat even when temperatures drop to -5°F.

Air Handler 9K BTU
- Large Coverage Area. The air handler covers an area between 180 to 375 sq. ft.
- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify) and SLEEP.
- Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
- Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.
Air Handler 12K BTU
- Large Coverage Area. The air handler covers an area between 250 to 500 sq. ft.
- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify) and SLEEP.
- Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
- Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.
