Product Description:
This 4th Generation MRCOOL Mini Split includes a DIY 36,000 BTU Multi-Zone Condenser, three 9,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler, two 12,000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Handler and four Remotes. The best part about all of this is that you can install it yourself!
This package does not include linesets, don't forgot to scroll up and add them!
If all air handlers are run simultaneously, their combined BTU output will not exceed the BTU rating of the condenser. In this case, the combined BTU output of the Air Handlers will never exceed the 36K BTU Rating of the Condenser
Condenser
- Energy Efficient. This 4 Zone condenser, when paired with select MRCOOL air handlers, is capable of producing an impressive 21.5 SEER efficiency rating.

- Large Coverage Area. Handler covers an area up to 375 sq. ft.
- Versatile. Incredibly versatile and equipped with multiple operating modes, which include COOL, HEAT, AUTO, DRY (dehumidify), and SLEEP.
- Easy to Control. This unit also has the capability to be controlled by your Apple or Android smartphone through the use of the Smart HVAC app.
- Convenient Installation. With its light and compact design, it can be installed easily to most interior walls with the included mounting plate.
